- __ A copy of the institution’s brochure and enrollment information.
- __ A copy of the institution’s educational program.
- __ A copy of the institution’s educational policies and procedures.
- __ A copy of the school’s course requirements for graduation.
- __ A list of the items to be found in the student cumulative folder.
- __ A sample of a student’s transcript. (highschool-college)
- __ A sample of a student's progress report. (lower grade levels)
- __ A copy of the Degree and/or Diploma issued by the institution.
- __ Three (3) letters of recommendation for accreditation.
- __ A List of the basic curriculums used by the institution.
